Um, this comment has nothing to do with this post, but the post about what you're currently reading is too far down so I'll post that comment here. And NO I'm not spam. There's a book V got to read that I think you'd enjoy titled "Men who stare at Goats" and it basically examines a lot of wierd projects the army spends funding on. Thought you might be interested.
