I ended up getting it for free from a friend (who apparently got if from you while she was in school), but i would like to send the required fees for the CD and also purchase you last album.

Part of whisky/gun by Eddie Glenn from UN-PC (partly because it was made on a Mac and secondly for this reason).

Glenn’s first album, "Un-PC," was a collection of purposefully offensive satirical songs along the line of "Talking Arab Blues." The album features songs from the point of view of a conspiracy theorist with a gun and a conservative advocating forced genocide on the elderly. Glenn recorded the album because he felt like everything has gotten too politically correct.

The eclectic folk singer, Eddie Glenn, is starting to be known as one of the most interesting songwriters in northeastern Oklahoma.

You are kidding me, there is more than one of those in northeastern OK.

Anyways, here is the point. I love this singer/songwriter. So I am going to do a post, for my extremely large congregation.

I will do the leg work and find out if this contact info is still correct. If it is I will update this post and tell you that it is. So you can get you own copy of this wonderful CD. Also all correspondence with Eddie will be posted.

That is a load of crap. Murder, rape, stealing have always been wrong. Just because you add a few thousand years to an murder it does not change the nature of the act.

That is like saying the white farmers who took slaves and beat them were not doing anything wrong. Maybe the acts by blacks during the Rodney king riots were justified. Maybe we can't judge the communist, or the Nazis, or the recent terrorist because they lived in a very different world than we do today.

The unchanging nature of morals allows us to judge them.

Even Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Kay Bailey Hutchison of Texas claim Holmes does not have a "fundamental commitment to the equality of women in our society."

Women don't want total equality with men, they will get the power and the money. They will also get the shorter lifespan and the additional stress that comes along with that life style.

They might yell for equality, but then want to take off months from work to go be pregnant. Is equality be treated exactly they same way or is it being treated equally? For example if I got pregnant could I get some time off to care for my child.

I love when people who don't read the bible, but take one verse from the bible and critique it. They do not talk about the passages that talk about a husband's commitment to his wife, and his duties. Notice how close all the verses are.

Wow can this be anymore biased

They are practically having an orgasm over Edwards.

From there, Edwards' trajectory never wavered: the standout law student became a stunningly successful lawyer, then vaulted from nowhere politically into the U.S. Senate and now onto a national presidential ticket, less than six years after his first election to anything.

Edwards' wife, Elizabeth, describes her husband as "persistently optimistic."

Despite his good looks and easy smile, Edwards has known suffering. He and his wife lost their teenage son, Wade, in 1996 when high winds swept his Jeep off a North Carolina highway.

His track record is amazing, you have to concede that.

He is older than I thought that he was. I still can't believe that he did not win the primaries, but oh well.

So the real question was, should bush have dumped his veep for this guy?

I don't think Kerry will pick a VP that could actually steal the show from Kerry. Kerry will be unable to put away his pride in order to save the party on this issue.

The democrats have been preparing for this for years, so that is a con. Secondly, we don't know what is in those divorce papers. Thirdly I don't sense that Kerry has a lot of respect for womanhood in general, which I put this in to the will-not-be-able-to-swallow-his-pride-on-this-issue category.

Rep. Richard A. Gephardt, Mo.
I was originally against Gephardt because of this name, but seeing how this does not represent any pride issues with Kerry, he is the only one left.

first off it would not let me sign up unless I click that I would give up my first born in the process. It was in the fine print in the terms and conditions.

Naked teenagers

This is going to relate to a later post that I am going to make.

This article is about a nudist summer camp for teens. The argument that these teens have permission from their parents does not help out their case. The teens could have permission from their parents to do drugs, but it is still illegal. Though it is not illegal for adults to walk around a secluded camp naked. I can see how a reasonable argument can be made that while parents can do that, they do not have the right to allow their children to do that.

Also, do you not think that a person can set up a video camera from a room somewhere.
Secondly, I don't care how much time your teenager spends walking around naked or how normal it seems to that teenager. Teenagers are to my knowledge still irresponsible sex machines.

Kerry is no slacker as funds go either

It is a ball game, as they say.

Kerry has rasied funds nearly matching those of Bush. Kerrr is about 40 million behind Bush. Which he proably will cut that margin in or near half by the time the democratic election rolls around.

Stragtically, this really helps out Kerry. Kerry would have been on the defensive the entire election. Bush would have spend money, then Kerry would have to react to counter the move. It is not on even terms and Kerry can even make a few suprise moves of his own.

In his trial he made some good points, but he seemed a little off from what I have read.

Of course I can imagine, that he thought most of the stuff they were saying to him in jail was just false (things like their is a new government in Iraq, etc). Of course his legal counsel should tell him to be quiet so that they can handle the trial.

In general I am afraid for the Iraqis, in the past they have just bought off the French, now they have to deal with their lawyers. They might just end up killing the French guy before the trial is over.

Secondly, the Iraqis doing the trial may not have much experience with a free justice system. Here the lawyers can say and do what they need to help their client (misdirect, launch smear tactics, etc.). We in America have learned to ignore lawyers long ago, but I am not so sure that the Iraqi know that.

I wish them luck. Though in the end it won't matter, someone will gun Saddam down one day if he does get off. The only way Saddam will die peacefully is if he gets put in jail. I can see only violent ends in his future otherwise.

Anti America Europe

For a little while now I have been taking thing fairly personally.

For example, when I read things that are not true or don't tell the whole story, or when I read things that bash my country or my team (GOP).

For example, I was getting all huffy and puffy last night when I was reading the link below. The article is about Europe's anti-Americanism. Which for awhile has really bothered me and caused my heart rate to rise. I have just wanted to find as many Europeans and tell them what makes America great.

Then this morning I realized that Europe is a marginal player in the world and will be for some time to come.

It is not because they lack economic power, in fact they are the largest trading block in the world. It is not because their form of government is ineffective, it seems to work well enough for them. It is not because I am just dismissing them because I don't like them. No it is because they are unwilling to fight for what they want and belief in. You can threaten with sanctions, apply diplomatic pressure, but if you are not willing to fight; no one cares and no one will listen.

You can expect Europe to get more and more agitated. When they start having to cater to tourist from South Korea, China, America, and Iraq in larger numbers. You will see them almost explode with anger, but it will not matter. Their love for peace will make them impotent.

Known as the 65-10 Rule (search), it calls for landowners to set aside 65 percent of their property and keep it in its natural, vegetative state. According to the rule, nothing can be built on this land, and if a tree is cut down, for example, it must be replanted. Building anything is out of the question.

But supporters and environmentalists say personal property rights do not trump the rights of a larger community to save the eco-system (search).

Building may be illegal, but what about burning.

I would open a pig farm, but because I could not build anything they would wander all over everyone's property. That would cause some smelly problems.

Also, I would rent out my land to the federal government. They would mess some stuff up. Or maybe a deer lease, and I could kill Bambi.

How about planting things, such as the famous Kudzu vine.

Or I would plant a lot of chestnut trees, and them the squirrels would come. Then I would infect one squirrel with rabies.

I could also dig under the ground, and build lots of tunnels. I don't know what I would do then. Maybe fill them with disease carrying rats.

Or maybe encourage ticks to grow to very large sizes, so that they attack people.

yea that is about all the ideas i can think of.

The troop recall

Total number of troops, well:
140,000 in Iraq
20,000 in Afghanistan
30,000 in south Korea

We have called up 5,600 troops that thought they were out of the military for good.

One, this does not violate the spirit of an all voluntary force. These people did at one time volunteer, and they also signed a contract allowing them to be called up a certain amount of time after they were discharged. Sorta like a person joining to pay for college and ending up fighting a war. They signed the contract, and it is legally binding.

Two, this represents about 2.8 percent of the total troops (less if you don't use my figures) which would you rather have that 2.8 percent sitting around doing nothing until the military needs them or would you rather the military call them up when and only they need them. That is called using resources wisely and saving tax payers money.

Movie review:Master and Commander

Part of a continuing movie review series.

Master and Commander

Well that Australian guy is back in his element. I figure since Australia is a big island that all the white Australians there were dirty sailors which drank beer, sang sailing songs, and killed whales at some point in their ancestry (have you ever notice how ancestor sounds a lot like inscestor). The movie was good, but I would have been disappointed if I saw it in the theater. It was you basic movie with very little surprises, in fact I felt more like a really good TV show instead of a movie. That makes it a ok movie in my book.

Overall if you can't find anything better this is s good flick.
