Congress may extend daylight-saving time

This is the best thing i have ever heard of. When ever the time "falls" back in the fall several things happen at once. I am less active, i want to sleep more, and in general i feel more tired. When ever we spring forward, it is one of the best moments of the year for me. Whenever it is 7:00 and there is still light out, i feel great.

And here in Indiana, we're still struggling to get Daylight Savings Time approved. Right now, we have sunlight at 5 AM in July, instead of at 10 PM.

Wow, I am surprised that they have not done that.

Could it be an infra structure problem (not being able to comunicate to the entire country).

I would think that just doing the large cities could get you and advantage as far as electricy usage is concerned (I think it would be worth a try)
