China is a large powerful nation, and they have that on their side, when dealing with North Korea. Although, I guess one way of explaining the difference between the ways North Korea is treated by the US and China is that China does not feel threatened by them. Also if North Koreas attacked China and Chain wipes them off the face of the earth, no one is really going to mess with China all that much (although they would really complain if the US did something like that.)

I don't know what china's game is. Although I am interested in seeing if it works. We know that starving the countries does not work; now we will see if giving the dictator lots of free food will help any.

An interesting development, I wonder if it will be seen as a sing of appeasement just as Neville Chamberlain's deal with Germany was seen after WW2.
