Not in my town...

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,117703,00.html

Muslims are required to pray five times a day and before each prayer session they are ushered in with a call to prayer, typically broadcast from mosques over loud speakers.

This is interesting, I would have to say if their or churches that have bells then it would be ok. But if churches don't have any bells, then I would have to say it would not be ok.

Prayers are said at dawn, mid-day, late-afternoon, sunset and nightfall, and you wonder why their economies are so screwed up. They don't have any time to work. And they are all tired because they have to get up at dawn to pray. I will take my church three times a week over any religion.
