Diet

Monday Aug. 16, 2003

Breakfast: Large bowl of Total mixed with fiber one.

Lunch: Double QUARTER-POUNDER at McDonald's with a large fry and two medium cokes (the second code was accidentally replaced with Diet coke, and I did not know it until I got to the car). Which I think, comes out to be 3 quarters of a pound because the water gets cooked out and replaced with grease.

Supper: None, because of a softball game
8:23 pm: mountain Dew
